We know that sometimes it can be difficult to visit a new church. We want you to feel as welcome here with us as you can. We are thrilled that you would join us today! Here are some commonly asked questions that you might also find helpful. Please know that we are thankful that you are here and would love to help you get acquainted with who we are and how we worship our Lord Jesus!
When are your gatherings?
service times are at 10:40 am on Sunday mornings, 6:30 pm on Sunday evenings,
and 6:30 pm on Wednesday evenings in the sanctuary of our building (directions
on the right). We also have Sunday School for all ages from children to adults at 9:30 am on Sundays throughout
the building. We also offer a college Bible Study on Wednesday nights at 8:00pm
located in the sanctuary.
Where do I sit?
You may sit anywhere you like. There is no assigned seating, and we are not picky about where we sit each week!
What should I wear?
We want you to feel comfortable. After all, we are excited that you're gathering with us and we want you to be more focused on Jesus than what you're wearing. In the summertime, it's not uncommon to see people wearing sandals, shorts, and a t-shirt. Others prefer to dress up a little bit more and that's fine too. We think you'll fit in no matter how you dress.
What do I do with my kids?
We actually encourage the kids to stay in service with you if at all possible. We believe that is good for the kids to see their parents worship and to learn how to behave when worshipping God. We have several things in the back designed to help them learn how to sit in a service. We have our “Children’s Sermon Notes” paper – where kids are encouraged to draw what they hear in the sermon. We also have a Cry Room located in the back in case a child gets antsy or fussy. If you need a nursery so that you can better focus on the Lord then please let us know and we can provide one the next available week. Please know that we love the sound of children and that they are not a hindrance to us in the service.
Do I put something in the offering?
We believe that giving an offering is between you and the Lord. As such, we do not monitor the offering plate. Guests are certainly not expected to put anything in the offering like a church member would. However, we do maintain that this act of giving is between you and the Lord – it is not our business – do as He directs!
How do I get to your building?
We gather in our building directly across the street from West Elementary. It is at the corner of Huber and Daniel, a few blocks east on Huber from Highway 54. Map is on the right.
What do you believe?

How long do your gatherings last?
They vary, but in our 10:40 gathering on Sunday you can expect generally an hour and a half of worship through song, worship through prayer, worship through giving, worship through preaching the Word, and worship through responding to the Word. We value our time together and do not want to be constrained by a set schedule.
Why do you order your service this way?
Everything we do in our service has a scriptural backing for it. We highly guard our Sunday morning Worship Service because it is the one time a week that we expect all our members to come together as a body and worship our God. It is all about Him and not about us!
How can I get connected to TBC?
There are a variety of ways to interact with someone from our church. The easiest and quickest way would be to either come up and simply visit with one of us after service, or fill out a Connect Card and drop it in the offering plate. Also, you can contact us via our Contact Us Form on this website.
